上海招聘

1、参与或支持新模具、治具的开发项目、问题解决，确保达到计划和成本的要求。

2、对新模具、治具进行验收，针对验收中出现的问题与客户联络，确保满足客户的要求。

3、配合试模，作模具技术上的支持。

4、为新模具制定保养要求和技术说明。

5、准备模具配件，确保模具的正常运行。

6、通过优化工艺设定和/或改进模具设计以提升质量、工作效率、生产力和利润率。

7、安排模具保养计划，并确保模具保养按计划进行。

8、根据生产的需求，复核模具维修要求，必要时，完成模具修理。

9、为模具维修准备恰当的备件，以达到最短的维修周期。

10、当需要时，完成部门内部及相关部门员工的技术培训，确保他们达到要求。

11、提出模具修改/改进意见。

12、完成本部门领导交办的其它工作。

13、备品备件的采购申请和管理。

 专业知识：有机械方面的专业知识，熟悉注塑模具设计和维修的经验，能熟练操作钳工设备。
