职责描述 ( Job Description )

1， 定期对所负责区域范围内的现有或潜在客户的拜访，并做好记录，跟踪。

Regular visit customers or potential customers in the responsible area, keep the records of information and follow up.

2， 收集市场信息，包括客户与同行业务动向及新产品的需求。

Collect the market information; include customers and competitors business actions, direction and customer’s requirement.

3， 经常与对应的经销商保持密切的沟通，配合经销商开发，稳定公司业务。

Frequently contact with corresponding dealers, cooperate with the dealers to develop and maintain the company business.

4， 开拓市场，发展新业务。根据市场，客人需求，与公司产品经理沟通，设立业务项目。

Based on the market and customers’ requirements, set up new business projects discussed with company products managers.

5， 按时完成客户拜访记录,月报。及时与区域经理，产品经理沟通业务情况。争取完成公司业务目标。

Prepare the customers visit report and monthly report on time. Report/discuss business issues with area sales manager and products manager on time. Manage and achieve personal responsible sales target/budget.

任职资格 ( Job requirement )

1，大学学历，纺织染整或化工专业。对于具有染厂工作或染料，纺织助剂销售经验的优先。

College education, Textile or Chemical Specialist. Candidates with the experience from dyeing house or dyestuff and Auxiliaries sales are first preference.

2, 具有吃苦耐劳的精神，适于经常出差；

Hard working, fits frequent travelling.

3，善于沟通，交流，良好的团队精神；

Good communication skills, easy going, a good team player.

4，熟练的电脑操作，适于家庭办公的条件。

Intermediate to advanced PC skill, capable for home base sales person.

5，英文有一定的沟通能力，至少能阅读理解。

Ability to communicate in English, can read/reply/understand English email and technical information in English.

6，业务范围在江浙地区城市，所以需住在江浙地区城市。

The candidate must live in the cities of Jiang Su or Zhe Jiang area as the responsible sales area is in the city of Jiang Su and Zhe Jiang.
