We are now looking for an Inbound Supply Manager to secure short- and long-term material availability in the inbound supply chains between external suppliers, Ericsson Supply Sites, and Contract Manufacturing Sites (EMS), ensuring stakeholder fulfillment with R&D, Production Management, and Sourcing. In this role, you will develop and optimize the use of time and capital resources, ensuring accurate dimensioning and maintenance of inventories throughout the supply chain.

You will, also, ensure supply by maintaining the operational supplier relationship and handling supplier issues.

You will

• Lead project material planning and supply at the project phase, including maintenance. Lead project procurement to meet product delivery targets.
• Contribute component SCD/supplier selection, fully responsible for project material readiness (get the vital support and push the readiness). Execute supply chain setup.
• Monitor/ detect inbound material supply situation & risk, be the driver for project material shortage solving and supply improvement, escalate/share to project if any critical.
• Drive material capability analysis, simulation, execution on product level for the project. Visualize standard module and delivery level material capability towards outbound demand.
• Review project milestone checklist accomplishment, complete PSX/PSA/PSG inbound report.
• Control and minimize project material excess.
• Drive material supply planning in the TPI project.
• Drive material supply planning activities in Product Substitution, minimize excess risks.
• Actively cooperate with other departments within the organization to meet the project goals.
• Have personal responsibility for all actions within the scope of his/her activities.

To be successful in the role you must have

• University degree or equivalent.
• Experienced in supplier management and supply chain.
• Experienced in project management.
• Excellent knowledge of Ericsson products.
• Good knowledge of Chinese and English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of ERP system, SAP, SWB, EWB, SNC.
• Good Knowledge of office software.
• Good in communication, teamwork, and basic knowledge of commerce.
