Job Responsibilities

? Perform and pre-validate analytical methods for HPLC/UPLC.

? 执行HPLC/UPLC等分析方法检测及预验证。

? Adapt BI-platform methods to customer molecules.

? 优化BI 平台方法以适用于客户蛋白分子的分析检测。

? Ensure that the analytical methods are transferred smoothly from external parties.

? 确保外部组织分析方法的顺利转入。

? Ensure that the methods transferred out are robust, accurate and reproducible.

? 确保转出的分析方法耐用，准确并且可重现。

? Support production with analytical tests under very tight timelines.

? 为生产提供及时有效的分析检测支持。

? Ensure that Transfer Lab operates according to company policy with respect to equipment management, sample management and reagent management.

? 确保Transfer Lab的运行符合公司管理规范，包括仪器管理，样品管理和试剂管理等。

Qualifications

-Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above

学历/学位要求：学士学位及以上

-Major: Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Chemistry, Analytical

药学，生物制药，化学，分析化学

-Required skills: Must be familiar with HPLC/UPLC, basic knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations is a plus.

熟悉HPLC/UPLC等分析仪器，具有GMP和GDP法规的基础知识者优先。

-Language skills & proficiency:

Full professional proficiency in English. Able to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs

精通英文。口语流利，准确。

-Required experience:

1 year of working experience in biopharmaceutical industry or 1 year of laboratory experience in academic setting is a plus.管理工作经验背景：一年以上相关工作经验着/实验室工作经验者优先。
