Job Responsibilities

-Implement the warehouse GBS system operation and track the GBS ticket

-Implement the warehouse CAPA and deviation tracking and responsible for the department training coordination.

-Attend the basic EHS training and pass the test such as fire safety, health check & personal protection, unsafe behaviour, instant report and so on.

-Propose EHS suggestion and complete the finding CAPA on time. Track the near miss and EHS concern follow actions.

-Pass the GMP and relevant warehouse related knowledge test. Understand and follow GMP and other procedure such as GBS operation, document check, personal GMP behavior.

-Know the material receiving, storage, shipment and logistic process.

-Implement the warehouse operation for Oasis site and Bio-Lab(HBW)

-Implement the CAPAs regarding the audit findings.

-Implement the procedure of material shipment and transportation from site to client.

-Implement the cold chain logistic for the temp control material transportation.

-Operate the GBS warehouse management system to submit the storage location request and maintain the warehouse master data for project.

-Be able to work out the one point lesson(OPL).

Qualifications

-Education/Degree Requirements: College at least

-Major: warehouse or logistic

-Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):

-Minimum of 3 year experience of warehouse operation and 5 year experience in pharmaceutical or related industry.

-Preferred work experience in Biopharmaceutical Company.
