Responsibilities工作职责
1. Leading and contributing to the development of specific software for the next car generations in the area of electric mobility, chassis, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems or autonomous driving
2. Acting as technical expert in respective area like: software tools and process; function specification and software requirement; Implementation and integration of software module; testing and debugging.
3. Cooperating in project oriented teams with the customer as well as cooperation with international development partners
4. Preparing of presentations internal and for customers
5. Collaborating with in interdisciplinary project team
6. Supervising development partners and suppliers

Qualification and Requirements任职资格
1. Experiences in leading team for automotive related software design.
2. Good interpersonal, presentation and coaching skills, strong teamwork spirit, task and work planning skills.
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or an equivalent education
4. Five plus years of experience in software development in the environment of automotive development
5. Professional knowledge of model based software development and programming with C, C++, Matlab / Simulink, Target Link as well as model based software testing using appropriate tools e.g. TPT and Embedded tester
6. Knowledge about ADAS/HAD related technology
7. Deep knowledge in development with automotive SPICE processes according to current standards and current methods for function- and software development.
8. Driving license
9. Proficiency in English and Mandarin language, German is a plus
10. Willingness to travel
