Being part of the Project Team, he/she is responsible to:

1. Report directly to Senior Project Manager.

2. To attend meeting and coordinate with client’s designer, project manager to understand their need and provide service.

3. Before and during construction, liaise with landlord, site foremen, workers, and sub-contractors to solve all on-site issue.

4. Coordinate with company’s Design Team to prepare full set design/ working drawing for client’s/ landlord’s submission.

5. To manage complete a project on-time within a specific time frame.

6. To control the cost and expense for a project

隶属于項目管理队伍，主要职责如下：

1. 直接向項目高级项目经理

2. 出席会议，与顾客的设计师、項目经理及顾问沟通了解所需，於总监商讨后提供专业服务。

3. 在工程进行时的前期及当时与业主、地盤科文及工人、供应商及分包联络，以解決工地所有问题。

4. 与公司的內部设计队伍联系及给予指示以制作/整理全图设计图及深化施工图予客戶/业主作審批。

5. 监督整个项目以达到在指定的时间內把工程完成。

6. 控制工程的成本及支出。

任职要求：

1. Experienced in team management, willing to lead and educate colleagues with less experience with patience. Applicants with retail store project experience is an advantage.

有领导团队的能力及经验，愿意耐心地领导及教育年资较浅的同事。具有品牌店铺项目经验者优先。

2. Diploma/Certificate in Interior Design/ Architectural Studies or above

室内设计、建筑学或相关专业大专或以上学历。

3. Minimum 4 years post qualification experience with working experience in interior fit-out project management. Familiar with construction techniques & material employment.

四年以上室内装饰项目管理经验，熟悉室内装饰材料及施工工艺。

4. On-site follow-up for retail store projects experience. Willingness to business travel within or outside PRC and work over-time.

需具跟进现场零售店项目经验，愿意经到国内/国外出差及超时工作。

5. Proficiency in Mandarin and good written and oral English as well as communication and presentation skills.

普通话流利，良好的英语书写口语能力及沟通表达能力。

6. Able to produce freehand sketches. Good knowledge of AUTOCAD and major office software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project.

能熟练操作Microsoft Office 软件，AUTOCAD 软件及拥有一定三维设计技巧。

7. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Project Executive
