JOB DUTIES (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):

1.     Responsible for routine payment preparation, validation and execution. Wire transfer in E-bank & foreign currency payment according to company's related regulations.

2.     Maintain and verify master data in E-banking system ,ensuring vendor information is valid and correct

3.     Take charge of Duty and Custom clearance payment via EDI system and file related payment documentation

4.     Handle the Foreign currency incoming and outgoing process according to SAFE regulations

5.     Process employee reimbursement, claim document check ,wire transfer ,employee master data creation in SAP

6.     Monthly bank accounts review, reconciliation and follow up. upload entry to Internal financial system

7.     Fix Asset Management ,CIP tracking, FA transfer and retirement, and annual physical stock taking.

8.     Support financial  monthly closing and make sure closing being completed with high quality and on time

9.     Support internal and external audit both

10.  Assist finance leader  in complying with SOX/ Corporate and Internal Audit Policies

11.  Ad hoc task

  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

1.     Good MS-office user skills (especially Excel, Word)

2.     Good communication skill and good team working skills

3.     ERP system knowledge, SAP knowledge/experience is preferred

4.     Willing to learn, energetic, and hard-working under pressure

3. 熟悉SAP 财务模块及操作
4. 具备好学精神及在压力下工作的能力

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Degree and/or additional relevant training and years of related experience):

1.      Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 1-2 years relevant practical experiences.

2.      Good command of English, CET4 is required

1. 本科及以上，会计专业；具有从事财务工作相关经验，1-2年工作经验；
2. 具有较好的英语阅读能力；英语四级以上；
