Essential Job Responsibilities

    

主要职责描述

    

? work out ( and new development) and commissioning of the software for laser equipment and its automation independently

    

? 独立完成（包括新开发）和激光设备软件及其自动化的调试

    

? Independent application commissioning of the process and care/accompanying of the processes in the following production process to ensure the quality of the welding result

    

? 独立调试工艺流程，陪产，以确保后序工艺焊接结果的质量

    

? Design of concepts and plans for laser applications

    

? 激光应用的概念设计和布局规划

    

? Independent commissioning of our assembly systems in-house as well as at the customer's site

    

? 在厂内以及客户现场独立调试我们的装配线设备

    

? Independent detection of malfunctions as well as independent development, implementation, testing and documentation of resulting solution concepts, especially with regard to subsequent projects or comparable stations

    

? 独立检测故障，并独立开发、实施、测试并记录由此产生的概念解决方案，特别是后续项目或类似工作站

    

? Co-operation in the standardization of the software and functional processes taking into account the customer's requirements as well as commitment for the complete documentation

    

? 考虑客户的要求，并对文档的完整性负责，协助完成软件和功能流程标准化

    

? Support and work on electrical design, especially in the case of customer agreements

    

? 支持协助电气设计，特别是在客户协议方面

    

? Develop measures to comply with the schedule in the event of process difficulties or technical defects within the own area of expertise or responsibility

    

如果出现工艺问题或技术缺陷影响时间计划表进度时，在自身专业或职责范围内提供解决方案和措施

    

? Discuss, define and monitor defined work sequences, work executions and commissioning dates with upstream and downstream departments, suppliers and customers

    

? 与上下游部门、供应商和客户讨论、确定并监督工作顺序、工作执行和调试日期

    

? Cross-departmental contact for relevant topics in the field of laser system and automation during the design and commissioning phase

    

? 在设计和调试阶段，就激光焊接领域及其自动化相关方面的主题进行跨部门联系

    

? Instruction from the customer into the function and procedures of the station or plant (operator or maintenance training)

    ? 对客户就工作站、设备的功能和流程（操作员或维护人员的培训）进行指导

Qualification：

任职资格

? Bachalor or above in Mechatronics or Electrical automation major

机械电子或者电气自动化本科专业背景

? More than 1 year work experience of Laser welding machine commission and application

至少1年激光焊接设备调试和应用工作经验

? Be familiar with Trumpf laser welding machine or other auto laser welding machine is preferred

熟悉Trumpf或其他自动焊机设备者优先考虑

? With Hairpin welding machine work experience is preferred

有Hairpin 焊接设备工作经验者优先考虑

? Good English or German skill

良好的外语沟通能力CET4

?Worldwide willingness to travel
