Key responsibilities:  

·       Conduct thorough analysis of the market practice, market trend, internal and external competitive of pay and benefit for the countries in APAC (except for China and India)

·       Consolidate all APAC practices for programs that are applied in the entire APAC region

·       Play as a focal point for business HRs / businesses for the countries in APAC (except for China and India)

·       Assist the team in the projects in China/India

·       Other work assigned by the line manager

Requirement：

·       Master degree in math/statistics,

·       Strong desire to learn new things

·       Strong data analytical skill

·       Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and responsibility

·       Ability to work across all sites with different level of manager/stakeholders

·       Able to work under pressure, to deadlines and diverse working environment

·       To build strong working relationships with business HRs, stakeholders and external consultants

·       Excellent communication skills in fluent spoken and written English
