Job Purpose:      

To perform the following activities

·        Contacting China beneficiaries/Customers on various trade instruments such as L/c advising, negotiation, Confirmation, Discounting etc

·        Work with the Relationship Manager to achieve the business target

·        To help the RM onboard new clients into the Bank by managing account opening/customer due diligence procedures

·        Regular Follow up with internal stakeholders including processing team based in India and external clients for quick closure of transactions

·        Raise the service request in internal systems for Trade transaction processing

·        To service existing client base & the targeted segments for trade business

·        Other duties as assigned from time to time by the reporting authority

Job requirements:

·         Effective knowledge in  Trade Instruments such as LC, Bill Discounting

·         Good Knowledge on Customer segment for Trade Finance servicing

·         Customer service skills

·         Complete Usage of Microsoft office suite especially Word and Excel

?练使用Microsoft office办公软件，尤其是Word和Excel
