工作内容：
l 协助客户经理，为客户开通网银及网银操作提供必要支持
l 协助客户和客户经理完成网银建立、培训及后续的维护，必要时与花旗内部相关部门进行沟通与协商。
l 制作月度付款量分析报告
l 其他相关的业务支持
技能要求:
l 本科及以上学历
l 熟悉office 办公软件的应用
l 熟练的英文读写技能
l 关注细节，亲切友好，高度负责
l 能够承担压力，自主快速学习
l 具有良好的沟通技巧，能够团队协作
l 英文读写能力加，能进行口语交流
