Description职位描述：

1.Production planners make production plans according to requirements from sales planners, PM plans from maintenance department, machines or equipment situations, shifts and headcounts from production department.

生产计划员根据SD的需求，设备部门的保养计划，生产部门的人员使用情况，设备的使用情况进行排产。

2.To exert the key effect on supply chain management of the whole company adequately by production plan, ,meanwhile to pull every elements of supply chain based on production plan, so production plan can get all the proper parameters, which will largely reduce the influence brought by all sorts of internal and external factors. Then will satisfy our customers with supplying proper order fulfilment at the largest extent.

充分发挥生产计划对企业整体供应链管理的核心作用，并以其为基准拉动供应链上的各个要素，使其得到合理的配置，***限度减少各种内外部因素对正常生产的影响，更好的满足顾客的需求。

3.Inventory control for WIP which align with the department KPI ;

半成品库存控制，与KPI挂钩；

4.To monitor production plan output and update ；

监管每日的生产计划完成情况并更新。

5.Keep the good communication with related function, such as Production/LOG,TSI, etc.;

与生产部，物流部，设备部等职能部门保持良好沟通；

Your skills and experience:

技能及经验要求：

1.Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint 和 Word;

2.Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner;

专业地从事日常工作及职责

3.Bachelor degree and engineering major is a plus

本科及工程专业优先

4.Good command of English both in oral and written

英语口语及书面表达流利

5.Must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations;

工作有责任心

6.Must be able to work in a team environment.
