工作职责：

1. 负责前台电话的接听和转接等；

2. 负责信函、快递和文件的收发和转交等；

3. 负责办公室日常访客的接待和引见工作等；

4. 负责办公区域环境卫生的管理等；

5. 负责档案、资料和日常文书的整理和归档等；

6. 负责公司办公用品和日常用品的领用和采购等；

7. 负责收集员工考勤并做汇总核对等；

8. 完成上级主管交办的其他工作等。

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，有1年以上工作经验；

2. 英语流利，能日常沟通;

3. 能熟练使用各类办公软件;

4. 性格开朗，工作细致认真，有责任心。

5. 有较强的沟通协调及语言表达能力，有较好的服务意识。

Interglobo Group has now grown a strong presence in Asia. With more than 10 owned offices and agents, it covers 95% of the Asian market. Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and thailand, the Group is now a major player in the Far East. It can easily develop and support strategies for the needs of America and Europe, which remain the Group's core markets, as they always have been.
More recently we also opened new markets like Austrialia, Middle East, India, South and Central America with a very strong network of owned offices and agents. The variety of services offered by Interglobo in Asia is extensive: logistics, warehousing, pick & packing, air freight, sea freight, consultancy and customer support.
