岗位要求：

 1.设计或相关专业专科或以上学历。  

2.熟悉写字楼办公场所建模渲染，具备两年以上3D效果图制作经验，能熟练掌握与运用相关制作软件。  

3.能熟练使用3D设计软件及CAD,SU, 3D MAX等。  

4.熟练掌握和控制图面气氛。  

5.建筑造型结构、对各种类型的造型有正确认识。  

6.擅长制作材质、灯光渲染，灯光和环境气氛的把握。  

7.熟练掌握各种建模、渲染及表现技法，能独立而高效地完成高素质的电脑效果图。  

8.工作敬业，细心高效，具团队合作精神。
