This role will be focused on the requirement gathering and analysis of WeChat mini-programs, WCMS driven websites and eCommerce systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in user experience design, requirement documentation and technical development and be able to bridge business requirements and latest technologies to deliver solutions which are well balanced between usability, flexibility, scalability and cost.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering activities with the participation of UX/UI designers and software engineers
• Summarize and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Convert business requirements into wireframe prototypes, information architecture, specification and/or user stories

• Presenting proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycle

• Working alongside project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time & on budget
• Providing technical pre-sales support to bussiness development team when required

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• A portfolio of previous projects related to mini-programs, websites, eCommerce solutions and custom web applications
• A solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies
• Proficient in UML or similar business process and data modelling tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• The ability to think analytically and creatively with good problem solving capabilities
• Tertiary education in computer science or relevant disciplines

You would also benefit from any of the following:

• Previous BA working experience in a digital agency
• Experience with WCMS and/or eCommerce platforms
• Experience in Axure Pro and Visio
