·         Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Quality/Health &Safety/Environmental Management Systems in the Svendborg Brakes shanghai factory.

 ·         Consulting Svendborg Brakes Shanghai factory in HSE related activities and questions such as:

-       H&S and Environment related Law and Regulation collect and update.

-       Working environment risk identify and assess

-       Fire emergency rehearse

-       Chemical material MSDS management

Conduct internal audit of ISO9001/OHSAS18001/ISO14001,host and follow up the 3rd party audit and customer audit.

·         Providing personnel training for QSE management for all the employees of Svendborg Brakes Shanghai factory, ·    especial for H&S orientation training.

·         Reporting the KPIs of QSE to global headquarter and communicate with global HSE Manager, create reports and statistics for quality issues and defects as well.

·         Review, creation/changing, extending, distribution and control of QSE relevant procedure/instructions/forms of Svendborg Brakes Shanghai factory.(Documents Control)

·         Support on other quality related tasks such as measurement tool calibration, in house process failure analysis if necessary.

·         Work as a part of the Group Quality Team, participation in group quality projects

·         Other QSE related tasks assigned by QSE manager

Comply to corporate H&S policy

Requirements:

§  At least 3 years solid relative work experience in HSE as well as quality management system.

§  Knowledge of ISO 9001/ TS 16949/OHSAS18001/ISO14001with internal auditor certificate.

§  Experience with machinery used for manufacturing, educated as mechanical engineer with knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic components will be prefer.

§  Knowledge of problem solving, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D will be prefer.

§  Good interpersonal skills and a cheerful disposition

§  An out-going personality - and good communication skills

§  Must be able to work independently and structured

Fluent Chinese and English language in both speaking and writing
