**应当掌握以下检测技术：

1. 三坐标；2. 圆度仪； 3. 轮廓仪。

工作职责描述：

1. Complete dimension measurement for OTS samples and PPAP samples in company. 
    完成供应商的样件尺寸的检测；

2. Complete cleanliness test, TS test and plating adhesion test etc to the OTS samples and PPAP samples in HCA. 

     完成供应商的样件清洁度，热冲击和附着力的检测；

3. Work with supplier to develop measurement manual in the P&G phase and get it approved by engineering.

     协助供应商在P&G阶段开发检测方法清单；

4. Assist supplier to build CMM program in their equipment, which should be same with it in HUSCO CMM. 

    协助供应商建立三坐标的程序，确保与公司 CMM上的程序一致；

5. Train supplier how to do some special tests, for example, TS test, cleanliness test, adhesion test etc in HCA.

    培训供应商做特殊测试，如热冲击，清洁度，和附着力等；

6. Train supplier how to inspect the part according to approved methods in HCA.

    培训供应商根据试样标准的方法去检验零件。

7. Support supplier to verify the gauge according to special characteristic list in HCA. 

    协助供应商验证特殊特性清单上要求的检具；

8. Prepare and maintain reports of inspections and tests. 

    对数据库及表单进行有效管理；

9. Support other tasks as directed by the SQE or supplier development leader. 

    完成供应商质量工程师及主管分配的工作。
