1. 项目启动及交接:在领导和销售支持下完成销售与项目管理的工作交接,组建项目团队、完成项目立项，完成项目进度计划、预算计划、技术要求澄清、各部门责任澄清等；Start and handover of the project: based on the support of leaders and sales, finish the job handover, organize the project team, setup the project, finish the project scheduling plan, budget plan, the clarification of technical definition, the responsibilities definition of project team members, etc.

2. 项目执行：全面负责与客户的外部沟通，全面负责内部项目组成员之间的沟通，对项目的具体设计、采购、质检、制造、安装、调试、验收、成本控制等负责，对项目的进度、技术质量、成本目标等负责，对合同条款的具体执行负责。Execution of the project: fully be responsible for the communication with clients, fully be responsible for the internal communication between project team members, be responsible for all project management issues including the design, purchasing, quality inspection, manufacturing, erection, commissioning, acceptance, cost control etc., be responsible to follow the detailed clauses of the contract.

3. 项目关闭与总结：在领导和售后服务支持下完成项目管理与售后服务的工作交接，完成项目的验收、遗留项目处理、财务费用结算等工作。Closure and analysis of the project: Based on the support of leaders and service team, finish the job handover, finish the related issues including the acceptance, the handling of pending points, the finalizing of financial issues and cost issues, etc.
