Responsibility:

1．Assist to complete pre-sales consulting and questions answering.

2. Installation and commissioning of our new machines, on-site support of the customer

3. Support, conversion and maintenance

4. Customer support in every phase of life cycle of his plant

5. Error detection and targeted processing of open tasks

6. Customer training, production support, spare parts handling, maintenance

7. Maintenance, repairs and handling of warranty claims on our machines

8. Preparation of reports, summary of open tasks

9. Your support our customers in case of a malfunction

10. Project management in special cases

 

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or manufacturing.

2. As much relevant experience as possible in the assembly of industrial plants

3. Your English and Chinese are fluent in spoken and written

4. Ability to work in a team and good communication skills, confident in dealing with customers

5. Good knowledge of MS-Office

6. Willingness to travel domestic and abroad

7. A very high degree of flexibility and resilience is naturally for you
