职位描述
1. 负责潜在客户的分析(行业背景,主营业务,需求量,关键联络人等)
Responsible for the analysis of potential customers (industry background, main business, demand, key contacts, etc.)
2. 发送电子邮件给潜在客户,以引起最初的兴趣并安排,准备,以及参与虚拟销售会议
Mailing potential customers to arouse initial interest and then arrange, prepare and join the virtual sales meetings
3. 负责开发新市场,进行市场调研,利用电子邮件的形式,宣传公司的技术和解决方案,促进客户的兴趣和合作意向
Responsible for developing new markets, conducting market research, using e-mails to publicize the company’s technology and solutions, and promote customer interest and cooperation intentions
4. 定期向CEO进行工作汇报(潜在客户分析,项目进展等)
Regularly report to the CEO (potential customer analysis, project progress, etc.)
5. 与各部门进行日常沟通(研发部、销售部、技术部等)
Daily communication of various departments (R&D department, sales department, technical department, etc.)
6. 完成CEO交办的其它相关工作
Complete other related tasks assigned by the CEO
任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历
Above Bachelor degree
2. 精通英语口语和精通英语商务写作
Highly proficient in spoken English and English business writing
3. 能够接受灵活的工作时间(与国外客户和团队沟通)
Able to accept flexible working hours (communication with foreign customers and teams)
4. 2年以上工作经验,数字营销和电商行业优先
2+years of work experience, digital marketing and e-commerce industry preferred
5. 熟练使用各种办公软件如Excel,熟悉Linkedin、CRM of Hubspot or Salesforce
Proficient in using various office software such as Excel, familiar with Linkedin, CRM of Hubspot or Salesforce
6. 有销售项目管理经验,能对公司技术和国外市场竞争格局了解透彻,能够针对客户需求提供较好的解决方案
Have experience in sales project management, have a thorough understanding of the company’s technology and the competitive landscape of foreign markets, and be able to provide better solutions to customer needs
7. 快速学习和自我启动的能力对于这个角色至关重要
The ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter are vital to this role
8. 很有条理,良好的分析能力(研究,分析和报告)
Very organized , Good analytical skills (research, analysis, and reporting)
9. 自信的演讲技巧和沟通技巧,为Allure向广泛的高级专业人士阐明解决方案
Confident presentation skills and communications skills to articulate Allure’s solution to a wide range of senior professionals
