岗位职责：

- 负责低压电气控制柜MCC、LCC的设计、选型、出图；

- 负责配料车间控制设备布置、桥架/电缆布置的设计、选型、出图；

- 负责外协控制柜加工、制作、装配的指导、测试和验收；

- 负责外购电缆、桥架等的查验和测试；

- 负责电控系统设备、桥架、电缆安装的现场指导、查验、测试；

- 负责电控系统与机械设备的联调试车；

- 参与系统电控设备的售后服务；

职位基本要求：

- 电气专业大学本科以上学历，3~5年以上专职技术岗位工作经验；

- 专职低压电控柜设计，熟练掌握AUTOCAD等绘图软件及办公软件的应用；

- 熟悉Schneider、Siemens、ABB等常用低压电器元件的选型与配置；

- 熟练掌握控制柜I/O的现场测试，有现场设备调试经验和能力者优先；

- 了解Siemens PLC、PCS7、Profibus通讯及工业以太网通讯者优先；

- 了解电子称重配料系统，有相关从业经历者优先；

- 有外企工作经验，英语听说流利，有国外项目工作经验者优先；

- 诚实自律、踏实勤奋，具团队合作精神，善与同事、客户沟通，能够出差；

Responsibilities:

- to design control cabinets MCC/LCC with right components for batch plant

- to design the cable/cable tray/conduit layout and routine for batch plant control system

- to supervise, inspect and test the subcontracted control cabinets for fabrication and assembly

- to inspect and test the sourced cable/cable tray/conduits

- to supervise the control system erection and installation at site

- to test and start up the batch plant control system

- to involve in after-sales service of batch plant

Requirements:

- Bachelor or above in related majorities, min. 3~5 years working experience in electric engineering

- Experience of control cabinet design, skill at ACAD and office software

- Good at components like Schneider, Siemens, ABB, knowing European standard is preferable.

- Skill to do site I/O test and have experience of site supervision & commissioning

- Know Siemens PLC, PCS7, Profibus and industrial Ethernet communication

- Know batching system or similar working experience is preferable

- Working experience in foreign companies, fluent English speaking or working experience in oversea projects are preferable

- Honest and self-disciplined, reliable and stable, team working spirit and be able to travel
