职位描述

Summary:
- The role will be accountable for achieving China annual sales growth target according to company’s annual budget/SD strategies and building up a capable regional sales force contributing to the incremental value and sustainable growth of company business.

Responsibilities:
Sales planning and management:
- Well understand the company's annual budget/SD and sales growth strategies.
- Craft annual plans to achieve the allocated sales budget/SD, and make other sales growth initiatives, including key account or key prospect attacking plan. Set goals and metrics for team members.
- Drive sales team to further break down the plan into each individual's action plan, including counter measure the plan whenever gap occurs.
- Plan for marketing activities in each region/industry such as seminars, road shows, etc.
- Analyze the business and diagnose the team. Plan for human resources such as headcount & deployment, training, promotion according to company requirements.
- Manage performance and review with team members on a regular basis.
- Grow sales effectively by providing sufficient commercial support to sales team and distributors.
- Develop & manage a strong distributor network in the region to improve customer satisfaction and grow MRO sales
- Team management and people development. Identify HIPO and work close with HR partner to grow their competency/capability

Overlook regular sales activities:
- Monthly order & sales review with team member on last month achievement and do gap analysis, align with team on the next month key focuses, providing feedback and advice to the team for problem solving in order to achieve the next round of order & sales forecast.
- Keep watching the key account business, the progress of key project and development of key prospects
- Manage sales and order in-take forecast
- Leveraging SFDC as a managerial tools and working platform to ensure team member's daily activities are aligned with the action plans; to ensure customer calls are planned ahead of time, and call reports are recorded in the system, opportunities are captured
- Call on key accounts/key prospects as needed; Building strategic relationship with key accounts. Negotiate contract terms with them
- Coach team member in selling skills, value selling, negotiation skills, presentation skills etc. whenever a need is discovered or requested.

New sales growth:
- Well understand the company's new product/new market attacking plan. Convert that plan accordingly into his/her own region's attacking plan.
- Plan for resources to execute the plan - promotional materials, seminars, human resource, training…
- Communicate with the team to execute the plan
- Field calls with team member to validate the plans and adjust them accordingly
- Review with team members on the progress of the plans. Give feedback to team members
- Keep exploring business new opportunities that has not been identified by the company

Interface with other department to win sales team supports:
- Follow company's processes to communicate with related functions such as marketing, engineering, finance and operations etc.
- Elevate the issues that cannot be solved at his/her level, and make proposal to higher management team
- Organize or lead meetings with related functions to remove routine hurdles that block us from serving our customers better, or getting more orders.
- Communicate with global team to get more routine resources and supports to the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Solid direct sales experience in MNC of Power Transmission industry, selling product mix, and over 5 years experience in sales management role
- Proficient in English and MS Office
- Frequent traveler
- Result driven and passionate for sales growth
- Excellent business acumen
- Strong management skill and coaching for team’s performance
- Excellent communication skill to attain result
- Highly self-motivated & persistent
- Good professional image to represent company brand
- Strong ethic awareness and high requirement of compliance to subordinates
- Change management
