• Manage monthly payroll calendar & ensure timely deliveries.

• Verify payroll data & upload on excel/software in prescribed format.

• Responsible for statutory compliances

• Taking care of Salary Revision, Leave without Pay, Attendance Input, Resignation, Salary of New Joiner

• Review of benefits, exemptions & all types of reimbursement

• Review bonus & incentive payout.

• Preparing Bank upload file as per requirement of client.

• Ensure confidentiality of all Payroll related items, transactions and reports.

• Ensuring Full & Final Settlements are completed as per the SLA

• Handling ADP process changes for any local internal/external payroll and tax policy/regulation change

• Keeping records and filing necessary documentation

• Ensuring the Payroll Provider is adhering to the process

Essential:

• 2 years of work experience in a similar role

• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances

• Experience in SAP and HR system HRlink, ADP

• Minimum Education Qualification – Degree qualified in HR / Business

• Ability to provide high level of customer service for the Payroll process

• Strong written and reading skills in English

• Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
