1. 会使用2D（Draffix 或是Autocad Lite）软件和3D基本制图软件

2. 有1-2年的2D/3D绘图工作经验

3. 具备英文读写能力

4. 机械工程本科毕业

5. 熟悉紧固件行业标准以及几何尺寸和公差标准(GD&T)为优选对象

    

   Scope of work

    

                

1. 根据PENCOM的标准流程和指导方针执行绘图要求
2. 在公司系统维护新产品料号。

3. 运用 Draffix 以及3D基本绘图软件来创建或是修改产品图纸。

4. 和销售团队就产品图纸要求以及可生产性进行基本沟通。

     

   Drafting Engineer

    

   Criteria

    

                        

 1.  Ability to draft with 2D (Draffix or Autocad Lite) and 3D cad system

  

 2.  With 1-2 years of working experience with 2D/3D drafting environment

  

 3 .  Good in written English and able to converse in English with our HQ ，Engineering team in our system

 4.   Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering

 5.   Understand the standards in Fasteners and GD&T will be added advantage

 

1. Scope of work

    

            

1.  Process the drafting in accordance to PENCOM procedure and guideline

2. Be the administrator for PENCOM Part Number in our system

3. Using Draffix and 3D cad software to create or modify drawings for the sales teams

4. Communicate with the sales team on the issue/s with their drawing request for ease of manufacturing

In 1999 PENCOM purchased its first manufacturing site, Accuracy Screw Machine in Hayward, California. Today, with plants in Hayward, California; Nogales, Mexico and Dongguan, China; PENCOM provides a full range of precision machining, turning, milling, and high volume production turning. These plants also manufacture PENCOM Captive Screws, Standoffs, Spacers, Press-in Sheet Metal Fasteners (Zins) and Inserts for Plastics (Zerts).

With the purchase of Visible Inventory in 2005, PENCOM became the leader in the field of INVENTORY AUTOMATION. Now our customers no longer need to actively manage inventory, instead; Visible Inventory remotely monitors it. PENCOM’s “Manufactured globally, supplied locally” philosophy continues to provide customers with low cost global manufacturing and localized inventory.
