职位描述
向高级人力资源经理汇报,负责日常工作中的全方位人力资源支持,包括招聘,福利和报酬,绩效和培训,劳资关系和员工管理。 该职位设在中国上海,以支持中国站点的运营,并为亚太地区办事处的人力资源合作伙伴提供帮助。
负责任务 :
- 与业务部门和部门负责人紧密合作,以了解其业务目标和培训需求
- 支持上级以上根据公司业务计划和目标设计及执行的人力资源规划
- 负责支持人力资源管理团队在中国各地的办公室招聘,并监督站内人力资源的安排和及时培训
- 参与新店开业项目,并确定品牌要求的培训需求,并在必要时协调支持运营
- 积极参与和协调中国人力资源团队在人力资源政策和运营的标准化/区域化方面;参与大中华区人力资源职能部门的战略发展,以发展组织能力以支持增长计划并为大中华区市场培养人才。
- 协助上司进行年度薪酬审查,并收集与年度薪酬和市场利益相关的相关市场信息,以确定市场竞争力
- 与不同站点和办公室的同事合作,以有效地开发和实施大中华区的集团项目,包括亚太地区分配的年度预算,绩效管理审查,奖励计划和项目
要求:
- 持有人力资源管理,工商管理或任何相关学科的学士学位
- 至少3年于大型跨国公司的经验
- 具有餐饮/快速消耗品/零售行业经验者优先
- 扎实的就业/劳动法律和员工福利相关法规知识
- 良好的Microsoft Office应用
- 良好英文和中文书面及口语
- 具备良好的组织,解决问题,分析和人际关系的能力
- 同时确定优先次序和管理多个项目,并及时处理问题
- 注重细节,具有良好的数字意识和强大的数据分析能力

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, China, the role of incumbent is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources support on daily operations including recruiting and staffing, benefits and compensations, performance and training, labour relations and employee management. The role is based in Shanghai, China to support the operations of 6 stations across China, and to provide assistance to HR partners in the Asia Pacific Regional Office.
Job Responsible:
1. Work closely with business unit and department head in order to understand their business objectives and training need
2. Support superior to design and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the corporate business plan and strategic goals
3. Be responsible for supporting HR Management team in office hiring across China and supervise station HR arranged on board arrangement and training in a timely manner
4. Participate in the project of New store opening and identify training needs required by Brand and support operations in coordination when necessary
5. Actively participate and align with China HR team on the standardized/regionalization of HR policies & operations; involves in the strategic development of the HR function in Greater China to develop the organization capability to support the growth plans and develop talents for Greater China markets.
6. Assist superior to conduct the Annual Salary Review and collect relevant market information related to annual compensation & benefits of market to determine market competiveness
7. Collaborate with station HR in different station and office for the effective development and implementation of Group project in Greater China. This cover the annual budget, performance management review, incentive scheme and project assigned by Asia Pacific region
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in sizable, mult-national corporations
- Experience in F&B/ FMCG/ retail industry is highly preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of employment/ labour laws and employee benefit related regulations
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Possess good organizational, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows through on issues in a timely manner
- Detail-minded with good numeric sense and strong data analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communications skills
- Adaptable and agile
