Reports to: Process Engineering Manager

Location: Shanghai

Direct reports: None

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training operator for mixing new process and formula

2. Serves as a partner of process engineer for Lab line trail run and scale up in production line for formula localization, new formula, new process and process improvement to enhance productivity, cost effective production and quality

3. Quick response for trouble-shooting to support production team

4. Design and validate packaging solution

5. Do analysis test for process trouble shooting

6. Oracle and relative documents update.

7. Superior assign job or task

Measurement of Performance:

1. Process improvement and innovation

2. Formula localization and industrialization.

3. OEE and material efficiency.

4. Loss of packaging issue

5. Process document readiness

6. Kaizen Project

Requirements:

1. College background or above. Major in Chemical Engineering or polymer

2. More than 3 years working experience in polymer processing industry, mixing background will be plus.

3. Hard work, good execution force and best working efficiency have problem solving ability.

4. Familiar with polymer processing.

5. Familiar with MS office, CAD or 3D drawing experience is a plus.

6. Good communication skill and teamwork sprite, could communicate in English is a plus.
