2.了解抖音短视频平台，熟悉短视频玩法与规则;

3.有良好文字功底和表达能力;

4.熟悉制作流程，跟进后期制作工作，把握项目前期，中期，后期的工作进度和流程。

任职要求:

1.大专以上学历，影视，导演，中文，新闻，广告等相关专业;

2.一年以上抖音短视频编导经验，抖音app深度玩家;

3.熟悉短视频模式，掌握多种脚本文案风格，有拍摄后期制作能力更佳;

4.具有良好的团队合作精神，有较强沟通能力，协调能力，具有创意思维，工作效率高;
