Job Function工作职责

1.     To stamping progressive die design & multi-slide and jigs & fixtures for production.

    

负责冲压连续模具设计，滑块成形机结构及工装夹具的设计。

    

2.     To formulate and create appropriate designs / concepts taking into considerations technical, quality and other requirements, including die modifications and optimization

    

鉴于技术、质量和其它要求，包括模具的后期设变优化，构思适当的模具设计概念。

    

3.     To prepare engineering drawings and specifications indicating material, dimension, tolerance etc.

    

准备工程图纸和规范（材料规格、尺寸、公差等）。

    

4.     To make DFM for new product feasibility of die development, mass production, quality issues , organize and host design review meeting

    

对新产品模具开发可行性，量产可行性和质量问题进行DFM制作，组织和主导设计审查会议

    

5.     To regular review new project progress and control die development project nodes until PPAP approval, work out all engineering documentations

    

定期查看新项目的进度和控制模具开发项目节点直到PPAP批准，制作所需的工程文件

    

6.     New die evaluation and quotation , process planning and design ,die specification made

    

新模评估和报价，工艺规划和设计，模具规范书制定

    

7.     To make lessons learnt after PPAP finished and create or update database.

    

PPAP 结束后完成经验教训的总结制作，并新建或者更新数据库

    

8.     To monitor and administer proper records of costs.

    

监控和管理适当的成本记录。

    

9.     System administration of proper tool design and housekeeping.

    

设计应用工具系统的管理和梳理。

    

10.  To document and administer proper records of all BOM, Tooling and fixture drawing etc.

    

所有物料清单、模具和夹具图纸等相关记录的管理。

    

11.  To work on WI of new tooling assembly and conduct regular review to ensure applicability.

    

编制新模组装的作业指导书并定期评估以确保适用性。

    

12.  To support on tooling improvement and valuable supplier development.

    

为模具优化及开发有价值的模具供应商提供支持。

    

13.  Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。

    

14.  Other duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Qualification and Requirement任职资格

    

－    University education in mechanical engineering preferred major in die design.

    

机械工程或者其他相关工科大学毕业，冲模具设计专业优先考虑。

    

－    At least 8 years working experiences in die design and 3 years design experience of progressive die.

    

至少8年模具设计的工作经验，其中连续冲压模具设计的相关工作经验至少三年。

    

－    Working experience in high speed stamping and multi-slide will be preferred.

    

有高速冲压、多滑块折弯的相关工作经验者优先考虑。

    

－    Abundant knowledge of raw material on sheet metal ,copper mechanical performance index

    

在钣金，铜材原材料的机械性能指标有丰富的知识。

    

－    Be familiar with the software application of Creo (Pro-E) or NX（UG）or Solidworks 3D and AutoCAD.

    

熟练使用Creo(Pro-E) 或 NX（UG）或Solidworks 3D和 AutoCAD软件进行模具设计。

    

－    Be familiar with machine manufacturing process, such as turning, grinding, CNC and WEDM etc.

    

熟悉常用机械加工工艺。

    

－    Fluency in English and Chinese language.

    

英语和汉语流利。
