Job Description

In charge of new project, coordinate with customer and manufacturing team, complete PPAP, make sure smooth launch of the project.

负责新项目，协调并满足客户需求，完成PPAP，确保顺利量产。

Manage design changes, PCNs, IMDS/CAMDS related work. Participate in R&D management, create detailed Gant chart.

负责设变、工程变更、IMDS/CAMDS相关工作，参与设计提案，制定日程计划。

Respond to customer quality feedbacks in project stage with root cause analysis. Push, lead and execute improvement.

负责客户反馈，分析问题原因，指导生产团队改善。

Be responsible for the production control based on production capacity, material availability and order priority, manage the pipeline.

根据产能、产品工序和订单优先度制定跟进生产计划，确保稳定供货。

Perform other relates duties and special projects as assigned.

完成上级安排的其他任务。

 

Skill Requirements

Bachelor degree, major in engineering or equivalent

本科学历，工科或相关专业

Min. 2 years working experience in automotive or engineering, preferred from casting or powder metallurgy

2年以上汽车工程或机械工程相关工作经验，有压铸或粉末冶金产品经验者优先

Communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Oral capability is a must.

需要具有英文沟通能力（口语和书写均需要）

Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines

有一定的工作抗压能力，以满足工作的交付期
