职位描述
- Build up network and customer intimacy throughout the value chain in order to identify new opportunities at an early stage and engage resources accordingly to support them.
- Identify, prioritize and manage key opportunities to support medium and long term growth of the Engineering Adhesives business in Asia with a primary focus on China.

- Manage potential synergies with Arkema
- Ability to propose development strategies and tactics (including potential partners and channels to market)
- Track and report new business development progress (KPI’s) in terms of margin and ROI
- Collaborate with respective product manager(s) (PLM’s) to ensure gate packages are prepared in advance of gate meetings to ensure successful passage to next stage towards commercialization.
- Assist with annual new business development (NBD) budgets and 5 year plans to support EA business
- Engage and establish partnerships with equipment and machinery manufacturers to secure “Total Solution”
- Support Marcomms team with all relevant content to ensure successful product launches as required.
- Contribute to the consolidation of competitive and market intelligence to enable rapid decision making
- HSEQ: Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure; Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ; Adhere to the operation concept of energy saving and environmental protection. Implement basic energy-saving awareness in daily work and support the company's energy saving and environmental work.
- Others: Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
任职要求:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical related curriculum. Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering preferred. MBA or post graduate degree a plus
- Previous experience in the adhesives business is a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in sales and/or business management.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, closing a deal/sale, finding new sales and bringing ideas forward that may add value to the overall company.
- Ability to identify, understand, articulate and respond timely to customer needs and desires within the context of Bostik’s account goals; Ability to interact with all levels of customer personnel.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP training to be provided if necessary.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively within a cross functional as well as multi-cultural environment
- Ability to motivate teams with a focus on objectives
- Able to cope with international travel.
