1. 活动策划及整个流程统筹管理，项目/活动（线上线下）的执行与协调工作，包括活动项目前期的准备、现场执行及后期收尾等工作。
2. 活动场地及活动举办相关供应商，物资的采购及管理；能够有效平衡公司内部、客户以及供应商等多方的关系
3. 及时和客户联络、准确理解并传递客户反馈等；
4. 活动会议成本控制
5. 参与活动现场统筹管理，解决突发问题，传达项目更新资料
6. 活动相关账目及物料归档整理

任职要求：

1. 全日制专科及以上学历，1年以上行业执行工作经验，管理类、会展及设计类专业优先；
2. 做事认真仔细，善于活动细节处理
3. 良好的文字写作、协调沟通和活动组织能力
4. 有较好的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，同时处理不同的工作任务
5. 有会展、会务、活动、设计等相关经验优先，英语水平优良者优先；
6. 具备良好的沟通应变能力，包括对外部供应商的谈判能力；
7. 率真、睿智、沉稳，具有良好的团队协作精神；
8. 服务意识强、工作责任心强。

                    

Role Responsibility:

1. Event coordinator is to interact closely with the clients, venues, vendors and internal staff to ensure the seamless planning and coordination of conferences.
2. Event planning and arrangement and onsite management
3. Event venues, vendors control
4. Communicate smoothly with clients
5. Manage the budget and cost control
6. Post conference finance balancing, evaluation and appreciation

Requirements:

1. Junior college and beyond
2. CET 4 with good oral English
3. Good with event detail
4. Good in written, coordination and organization.
5. Adapt at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
6. Travel globally acceptable
