1. Handling & Monitoring of day to day network operational issues and escalations
2. Monitor and track ticket system, email system and phone for incoming Incidents and Requests, Review ticket answers from underlying support levels, keeping requester informed on request status and progress till closure.
3. Work with tools like Service Now, Solar winds, cisco prime, Configuration Manager, monitoring system.
4. Collaborate with telecom carriers for link issue tracking, telecom circuit provisioning/ issue fixing.

Job Requirements:

1. 8+ Years of experience in IT Industry
2. Knowledge of LAN switching technologies: STP, Trunking, Ether channel
3. Good understanding of high availability fundamentals (HSRP and VRRP)
4. Voice Engineering, telephony experience.
5. Experience in large enterprise, development, deployments and support
6. Experience of Voice Mail products of Cisco
7. Proficient with writing support and procedure diagrams, graphs and documentation.
8. Clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices along with Cube and Session Border Controllers.
9. Good understanding of DHCP, DNS
10. Good hands on experience on the load balancing concepts like - LACP, PaGP
11. Knowledge in Cisco ISR routers, switches & Wireless controller, Extreme switches, Infoblox, Silverpeak
12. Hands-on experience on Load Balancers (Cisco, Citrix Netscaler)
13. Working knowledge on MPLS, Metro Ethernet and Hub Spoke concepts.
