Position Summary:

    

    

Be part of AP ERP team responsible for supporting AP sites to do rollout following Global ERP model, evaluating existing and proposed ERP system to recommend and design structures consistent with business goals.

    

    

Skill Requirements:

    

Required:

    

1.      Possess solid knowledge and experience on logistics areas (MRP, Supply Chain, customer/supplier logistics) as well as experience on ERP Project functional implementation.

    

2.      Strong professional and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with co-workers, end-users, regional and global teams in a respectful and professional manner.

    

3.      Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

    

4.      Fluid in English, written and spoken is required, as it will be used in the daily collaboration work with regional and global team.

    

5.      Strong team work spirits.

    

6.      Proven ability to work independently while adequate feedback is required to the regional/global teams.

    

7.      Proficient computer knowledge and skills.

    

8.      Able to travel frequently (around twice a month in average).

    

    

    

Preferred:

    

1.      Quick learner.

    

2.      Following experience would be a plus:

    

a.   Experience with ERP systems.

    

b.   EDI/Supply Chain/Logistics(customer/supplier) experience.

    

c.    Project management experience.

    

3.      Knowledge of Automotive Industry.

    

4.      Customer oriented person.

    

5.      Team worker, able to work in a complicated multi-nation environment, adaptable to and respect for culture difference;

    

6.      Pro-active.

    

7.      Easy going with communication.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent business degree experience.

Since TI Automotive FCS established the first operation in Qinhuangdao in 1987, its Bundy B&F business has achieved great success in China with thousands of staff in nearly a dozen of plants near OEM customers.
TI Automotive Systems (Shanghai)Co., Ltd which has the B&F and HVAC business under TI Automotive FCS, has about 29 global facilities in Mexico, USA, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech, Japan, South Korea, Australia and China. In China, it has more than 10 plants for supplying a/c hose and tube assemblies, receivers/driers, accumulators, quick connectors, and TOC/EOC lines to global OEMs and a/c system suppliers worldwide, which located in Qinhuangdao, Shanghai, Yantai, Changchun, Shenyang, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wuhan, Haikou etc..
