JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

Receiving requests from the Sales Managers for the development of an artwork, or from the Marketing for the preparation of presentations for the China/APAC market.

Coordinating with the Operations Team in case of special collection or for any inquiry related to the technical specification of the product. Coordinating with the Marketing Assistant for any inquiry related to the Brand guideline.

Being responsible of the online cloud for the artworks, and file the confirmed printing files for mass production, using the correct name (gamma code) and procedure.

Respecting the Brand guidelines for each collection, and updating the team about any change communicated by the Head Graphic department in Italy.

Sending the list of the pending projects weekly to the Director of Operations, to receive any feedback on the workload priority.

每周发送关于未决定的项目列表给运营总监，以获得关于任何工作量优先的任何反馈。

REQUIREMENTS

Language requirement: Chinese - advanced written and verbal. English - Good ( writing / speaking )

Working with our in house marketing and design team

Reporting to the project manager and lead Chinese designer

Preparing printing files for our variety of brands

creating bespoke collections for luxury hotels 

Supporting the marketing dept with collateral for the China market 

Package design concepts including cosmetics items.
