DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Manage the sales order process for the assigned market areas and customers 

  a)  Receive, enter & process demand in accordance with customer requirements, forecast & commercial objectives as defined by sales manager 

  b)  Track & coordinate delivery of orders & communicate details to external and internal customers 

  c)  Issue necessary documents 

2.  Credit risk and billings 

  a)  Checking Credit Limits and Past Due reports before invoicing 

  b)  Assisting in month end closing 

  c)  Generate commission report at the end of each quarter for Zug office to process the commission payment 

3.  Process customer feedback, advisories or complaints 

  a)  Enter complaints, feedback or advisories in Customer Feedback tracking system with all necessary information to process 

  b)  Implement the proposed solution(s) of an advisory complaint in the process & close out 

4.  POPS testing and implementation 

  a)  Input orders in the testing environment 

  b)  Generate reports from the Report Wizard 

  c)  Help to go through the transition period 

5.  Forecast 

  a)  Assisting the HK Office for collecting customer production plan information 

6.  Office Administration 

  a)  Arrange appointment, travel arrangement and hotel bookings 

  b)  Organize and assist in Exhibition and large scale business functions 

  c)  Manage all the administrative work in the office 

  d)  Liaise with vendors and suppliers Assist in the relocation of personnel 

7.  Assistant to Director 

  a)  Arrange appointments for director. 

  b)  Prepare and retrieve data for presentation
