Main Responsibilities:
l. Support business development:
- Collaborate with Business Directors to create proposal and contribute articles on Chinese market research
- Support Business Directors for account management, including attending events, forum, pitch meeting, and presentation meeting regularly on a strategic level to promote market research department business
- Develop compelling case studies (content/visuals) from completed projects


2. Project operation:
- Lead projects, including project team arrangement, and supervision of project execution
- Work with clients to understand their needs
- Take control of the report quality
- Support other teams for cross department projects


3. Team development:
- Assist Market Research Director in implement quality improvement, including organization, process, tools, and presentation
- Assist Market Research Director in finding/learning and implement new methodologies when appropriate, including semiotics, Focus Groups, IDI, ethnography, etc. in qualitative research field; investigation questionnaire, desktop research, social phenomena via stat/mathematical techniques, etc. in quantitative research field
- Guide team in exploring new activities in cooperation with other departments, acquisition of new techniques, etc.
- Coach junior consultant and improvement for team members

Skills:
1. Qualitative Interviewing skills
2. Fluent Mandarin, and excellent spoken and written English a plus.
3. Good PC skills of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking
5. Self-motivated, self-disciplined, initiative, detail oriented and result oriented.


Other Requirements:
1. (Compulsory) Bachelor or above
2. Above 5 years or more experience in Consulting
