Description of the position:

The Senior Consultant will operate and manage brand naming projects. She / He may need to coordinate with brand research and brand strategy departments for some naming projects.

Main Responsibility:

- Verbal identity (brand name creation, tagline creation, brand story writing, etc.) creation project organization and execution (creation, screening, testing).
- Writing / proofreading project reports. Quality control of working deliverable of sub-ordinates.
- Manage project team (internal and external resource).
- Supervise and coach junior consultant and intern.
- Participant in client communication and management.
- Coordinate with and assist other departs when it's relevant for some naming projects, mainly including consumer test, semiotic study, brand strategy development, etc.
- Assist in business development and naming department development: write, proofread featured articles and writing case studies, etc. Assist or attend relevant events and networking activities.



Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Language, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, etc.
- At least 3 years experience in branding industry. Love branding or naming.
- Fluent Mandarin and English or communication skills.
- Good PC skills of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good management skill and teamwork spirit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded, smart, professional and sensitive to work quality.
