职位描述

1. Lead a team of outsourced commissioning engineers and managers for Data Centre projects across Company’s portfolio,

2. Carries out cost and profit diagnosis on projects

3. Reviews status advised by project personnel and external parties and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for Management, Client, or others.

4. Represents Company at technical meetings with customers, professional teams, and contractors’ teams

5. Day to day decision making on project progress and direct liaison with and provides advice to Project Team.

6. Ensures risk and performance monitoring analysis takes place through effective systems of internal control and delegation

7. Manage and review design drawings, specifications and technical submittals in order to produce a commission-ability review

8. Review commissioning Tech Submissions for technical content and contract compliance and organise workshops with GCs and the Project Team to expedite sign off

9. Produce a commissioning plan

10. Produce a commissioning programme

11. Produce a test and commissioning tracker document

12. Produce a schedule of commissioning RAMS (Risk Assessments/Method Statements)

13. Review, comment and approve sub-contractors commissioning RAMS

14. Organise and attend all equipment factory acceptance testing (FAT)

15. Produce reports following FAT visits

16. Monitor the equipment tagging process

17. Check the ongoing installation for commissioning readiness

18. Interface with the Project Director on installation matters impacting the commissioning process

19. Produce a weekly progress report which will include a drop line of progress against the commissioning programme, dashboard report from test and commission tracker schedule, 4-week look-ahead schedule and a schedule of key issues/observations

20. Assist the GCs in the preparation of the L1, L2, L3 & L4 commissioning documents

21. Write level 4 and 5 test scripts

22. Attend daily commissioning meetings to drive the time management and resource planning with LDIs and GC.

23. Follow up, and manage through commissioning issues arising and get them closed out to agreed deadlines

24. Manage with the GC all issues raised and noted on the Clients IRL (commissioning Issues Resolution Log)

25. Liaise with LDIs and GC in a proactive manner to close out commissioning issues arising

26. L1 - L4 test witnessing and assisting in dealing with commissioning snags arising

27. Ensuring all relevant parties are on site for each commissioning activity

28. Ensuring all requisite test equipment is provided for each test.

29. Managing labour on site during testing and commissioning activities

30. Collating all test documentation for inclusion within the record documentation

31. Work closely with the BMS team to fully test and commission the BMS interfaces in readiness for L4 & 5 testing

32. Work with the BA Team to fully test and commission the BA interfaces in readiness for the L4 & 5 testing

Role Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / System Control

2. Fully conversant with ASHRAE testing levels 1-5

3. Understanding of BSRIA and CIBSE guidelines

4. Previous data centre commissioning experience (preferred)

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fully conversant in English and Mandarin

6. Financial management / reporting

7. Sound working knowledge of Contracts desirable but not essential

8. Understanding of equipment tagging systems

9. Strong use of Microsoft suite of software

10. Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software

11. Ability to produce programmes in Microsoft Project

12. Good communication skills with all parties, including client team

13. Develop good, positive relationships with all parties involved in the commissioning delivery process

14. Ability to prioritise own workload
