职位描述

Main Purpose of the Job:

  • Support HR Manager for resourcing and recruitment work. 在招聘方面为人力资源经理提供支持。
  • Build positive partnership with all stakeholders internally and externally. 与内部及外部所有利益相关者建立积极的伙伴关系。
  • Work with HR Manager to provide reliable talent supply to business, via efficient resourcing work internally and externally. 与人力资源经理一起通过高效的招聘工作,为业务部门提供可靠的人才供应。


Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

Resourcing (资源)

  1. Work with the business to ensure that all client work is resourced effectively, taking into account client needs and personal aspirations whilst optimising chargeable utilisation. 确保所有客户的项目有足够人员配置,充分考虑客户需求和员工个人愿望同时优化资源利用。
  2. Understand pipeline of work, start dates, duration of work, skills needed and keep them abreast of current levels of availability. 了解项目机会预测、开始日期、工期时间、所需人员技能,随时更新不同层级人员的可用情况。
  3. Understand individuals skills, experiences and professional and personal aspirations, taking these into consideration when making resourcing decisions. 了解人员技能、经验、专业和个人愿望,并在人员配置时充分考虑这些因素。
  4. Work with the Greater China Recruitment Lead and HR Manager to manage internal moves effectively and in accordance to the process and legislation. 与大中华区招聘负责人及人力资源经理合作,有效管理内部人员调配,使之符合相关程序和法律要求。
  5. Proactive management of the URT (utilisation reporting tool) ensuring that all information is up to date and accurate at all times. 主动管理资源使用报告工具(URT),确保所有信息随时更新且数据准确。
  6. Provide commentary on projected pipeline, utilisation and availability levels to management. 向管理层提供项目预测、人员使用情况和可用人员状况建议。
  7. Work in collaboration with C&B to provide accurate and up to date salary benchmarking data. 和薪酬专员合作,提供准确及最新的市场薪资数据信息。


Recruitment(招聘)

  1. Ensure HR / Recruitment compliance duly implemented in the whole Recruitment lifecycle. 确保人力资源/招聘工作在整个招聘周期都被合规地执行。
  2. Expand/Manager Recruitment channels, actively source candidates (active and passive) through networking, social media and database searching to build a future talent pool, to Ensure cost effective recruitment through direct sourcing. 拓展/管理招聘渠道,通过人际网络、社交媒体、数据库等积极搜寻人才,建立未来人才库,进而通过直接招聘确保有效控制招聘成本。
  3. Create job adverts for the website, job boards, social media and specialist publications. 在网站、招聘板块、社交网络及专业刊物中刊登招聘广告。
  4. Screen applications against agreed criteria and provide a suitable shortlist of candidates to the Hiring Manager. 根据标准筛选人才,为用人部门经理提供适合的初审名单。
  5. Collect HR information of industry and competitors, such as organization, salary, benefits. 收集行业及竞争对手的信息,例如组织架构,薪资福利。
  6. Manage and monitor external supplier performance. 管理并监控外部供应商绩效 。
  7. Offer management and on-boarding, ensuring effective transition into the business. 录取通知管理和入职管理,确保所招人员顺利进入工作角色。
  8. Support HR manager with campus recruiting. 支持人力资源经理做好校园招聘。


Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)


  • At least 5 years HR experience and at least 2 years full-time recruitment specialist experience. 5年HR岗位工作经验,其中至少2年的专职招聘岗位经验。
  • Good interviewing skills as well as the ability to train managers in interviewing techniques. 优秀的面试技巧,能够对经理进行简历筛选和面试技巧培训。
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant recruitment & employment related legislation. 具备最新的招聘及雇佣相关法律知识。
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills. 较强的分析判断能力。
  • Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations. 处理复杂情况的能力。
  • Organised with strong interpersonal and time management skills. 较强的组织能力、人际交往能力和时间管理能力。
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines. 能够在时间紧迫的情况下工作。
  • High attention to detail. 高度注重细节。
  • Bachelor or above Degree. 本科学位或同等学历。
