Position/Role Summary:    

The 'Marketing  Supervisor's role is to   

1. Build-up Avire China marketing team and work closely with AP marketing leader as function direct report to support China business development.
2. Build internal & external bridge to promote brand image and products in China.
3. Track market trends and major player activities to provide market intelligence analysis to company for business development.

   

The position is responsible for all marketing functions such as marketing intelligence and marketing communications. Marketing communications responsibility is to utilize external and internal resources to have Avire Chinese brand promotion on market, and other related work. The purpose for market communications is to support the delivery of integrated marketing communications activities. Marketing intelligence includes but is not limited to market information collection and analysis, major diversified target markets trends tracking and dynamic reports submission, specific product and application focus with competition activity reporting.

As marketing team leader, the marketing supervisor should be proactively working with other functions to help company deliver business result as well as implement company strategy in China

Responsibilities:  

1. Following the HQ and administer the delivery of marketing job in China.

2. Build up China marketing team.

3. Marketing intelligence work including market information collection and data analysis. Provide reliable report to management team so as to help drive business direction and business development.

4. Marketing communication work including all necessary events, communication materials preparation and implementation. On line and off line media communication and brand image management in China.

5. Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product Management colleagues to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

6. Any other duties as directed

Qualification Requirements:

1. At least 3 year working experiences in marketing role.

2. Team spirit

3. Strong data mining and analysis capability is a must.

4. Basic marketing communication experience is a must.

5. Fluent Mandarin (native speaker ideal)

6. Good general education with excellent written and spoken English

7. Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)

8. Good problem solving and decision making capabilities

9. Experience with website maintenance (via web content management system)

10. Experience of assisting with exhibitions or events, managing social media accounts and creating blogposts

11. Experience of working in a business to business or regulation driven market

12. Experience of working with regional offices and third party channels, e.g., distributors and agents

13. Knowledge of graphic design (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
