工作内容：

1. 建立和带领质量管理团队，保证公司产品开发和生产符合相关医疗器械产品质量法规，法令，政策；

2. 熟悉医疗器械行业标准，能协助办理医疗器械生产许可证和医疗器械经营许可证；

3. 建立、维护和运行公司质量管理体系。并监督执行配套的质量管理制度，达成质量控制目标，通过国家及行业质量体系考核；

4. 负责收集与医疗器械经营相关的法律，法规，并在公司内部开展必要的专业培训；

5. 负责国内外质量投诉和质量事故的调查，处理及报告工作；跟踪纠正和预防措施的实施；

6. 收集和分析现行公司的质量管理体系的适宜性、充分性和有效性的相关信息。全面负责公司内，外部质量审核工作。

7. 能够及时有效地发现并解决与质量相关的问题。提升公司的整体质量管理水平。

8. 定时召开质量分析会，及时工厂内部的质量问题并通知相关部门。

   任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，受过相关质量体系管理培训和掌握基本技术要求。

2. 熟悉医疗器械质量管理法规，熟悉医疗器械质量管理流程。

3. 有一定的英语读写能力，能熟练操作OFFICE软件。

4. 较强的团队管理能力，善于沟通交流能力强，刻苦勤奋，有责任心

5. 部门质量管理的经验5年以上。
