Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise operations and Perform regular Gambe walk in production line and warehouse to comply with requirements of GMP and Global Baxter. regular process and document review to ensure in-process document is complied with the regulation and Global Baxter requirements.
• Lead or coordinate cross function team to complete non-conformance investigation and impacts assessment to ensure product release on time, and support team to ensure all identified CAPAs be implemented in time and effectiveness.
• As the core member of the in-process quality assurances to participate or lead process optimization, pFMEA updating regularly and validation protocol/report review.
• Responsible for qualification and annual training to the in-process quality checker and visual inspector.
• Manage product re-inspection and rework to the involved materials and products, including reinspection protocol drafting/approval, training and implement monitoring.
• Responsible for intra-company supplier management and lead complete investigation for quality issue related to packing materials. including but not limit to monthly meeting, ICAR tracking and regular supplier visit.
• Other from team or line manager.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above in pharmaceutical, engineering, science (macromolecule & material preferred) or related field.
• 5 years or above on in-process control professional experience at pharmaceutical, food or equivalent area.
• Fluent in oral, reading and writing English
