Responsibilities职责：

1. Participate in quality analysis, make quality control plan and design quality control card to make sure the quality control point

   参与质量分析、编制质量控制计划，设计质量控制卡,确定质量控制点

2. Fix on the control procedure and essential assembly process to make sure the process quality and final inspect control

   确定控制程序和必要的工装，确保过程质量和最终检验的控制

3. Coordinate with related departments to analysis quality problems and monitor the improving implement and result

   协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果

4. Monitor all the process for quality aim and carry on the essential improvement

   持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施

5. Responsible for quality files and records related products maintenance and control

   负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制

6. Implement the APQP in project phase, set quality target

   进行项目阶段质量工作的规划，质量目标的设定

7. Participation the MMS activities

   参与MMS活动

8. Other tasks assigned by the superior

   领导安排的其他工作

   Requirement要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical or automotive engineering, but experienced one can beyond this condition

   机械或汽车工程本科以上学历, 实际经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑

2. More than 5 years related working experience in automotive components manufacturing enterprises.

   5年以上汽车零件制造企业相关工作经验

3. Practical knowledge and experience of IATF16949, VDA6.3 preferred.

   熟悉IATF16949,有VDA6.3经验优先

4. Knowledge of 5 tools(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA) , be familiar with SPC.

   了解质量管理五大工具（APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA），熟悉并会使用SPC工具

5. Good command of oral and written English

   良好的英语技能

6. Gook people skill, project management skills and critical problem solving skills

   良好的人际关系，项目管理能力和问题解决能力
