1. 5S/safety Area owner for responsible area (Non-lab/utility area except 3rd floor)
2. Legal compliance and safety Accountable for responsible vendor and their activities in site(like food service on-site people, shuttle bus drivers)
3. Planning, execution, tracking, analysis and control of site service budget
4. Site service provision and improvement including Reception mail service(insurance, T&E reports), Food service, Office supply, Shuttle bus service, Site cleaning, pest control and landscaping, Office pantry service, Site events, Site communication, information management, Chop administration, Office Space management, Meeting Service and facility maintenance, Training coordination, employee onboarding and exit, SAP Procurement Agent.
5. Capital administration
6. Site Security Operation including Site guarding and security service, Reception and guest badge management, Site Emergency center service, Emergency response to site emergency, Parking service, Mail/packaging receiving, Incoming Chemical package receiving.
7. Senior leader secretary to support  R&D function.
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources, administrative management is preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience of site administration from MNC environment
• At least 3 years Vendor management experience, especially shuttle bus and food service vendor

• Familiar with Office software, like word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP
• Good communication skills, Interacts easily with all employee levels.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Smart, efficient working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
• High efficiency, sense of responsibility and team player
