Position Purpose
The Strategic Planning team, as part of the S&I department, is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional strategic planning and executive-level reporting to external key stakeholders. We leverage industry-leading analytics capabilities to support senior management decision-making, shape the business narrative, and create quantifiable impact on performance.
The primary focus of this role is to identify, synthesize and provide insights on traditional and digital marketing strategies for both internal and external key stakeholders. This position will also be responsible for building a holistic marketing strategy knowledge repository and advise marketing on best practices. Lastly, the role is expected to conduct ad-hoc analytical support to senior marketing leadership.
This role requires exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities. Extensive marketing or consulting background with experience in senior-level reporting is preferred. Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skill is a must.

Marketing Strategy Advisor Job Scope
§ Crystalize key learnings and success factors of marketing campaigns, and develop strategic case studies and best practices
§ Manage a centralized marketing strategy knowledge repository and communicate results to key stakeholders
§ Identify and develop standardized process for the collection, development, and reporting of marketing strategy case studies
§ Provide strategic advisory support for key marketing initiatives
Qualifications
· Masters in Marketing, Strategy, or related discipline
· 3 ~ 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy consulting, or business insights function
· Prior industry experience in food services, consumer packaged goods, retail, or digital technology
· Strong executive-level storytelling ability to synthesize data into compelling and coherent strategic insights and recommendations
· Excellent project management experiences to drive alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders
· Advanced data analytics abilities and proficiency in Microsoft office suite
· Strong desire to learn and lead strategic initiatives
