工作职责

1.   Implement EHS requirements strictly

严格执行公司EHS规定。

1. Process Instruction follow up.

监督生产指令单的操作，确保操作人员合规操作。

3.   Training for shift leader and production operator.

对生产班组长、操作员工做培训。

1. Arrange production according to the production order

根据生产计划安排生产，确保计划按时完成。

5.   Coordinating each shift production, ensure production orderly

协调安排车间各班组间的生产,确保生产有序进行。

6.   Absolute material utilization control

原材料利用率管控，AMU达到年度既定目标。

7.    Generate monthly cycle count and annual cycle count.

月度盘点

8.    Communicate with CS & PC team to meet the delivery

与客户服务部及计划部沟通协调交货事宜。

9.   Communicate with quality & PE team to solve the quality issues

与质量及工艺团队部沟通协调解决质量问题

10.  Non-OK product root cause analysis, and communicate with PE or R&D to find solution

不合格品根因分析，并与工艺或R&D沟通确定问题批次处理方案。

11.  Conduct Productivity improvement plan, implementation and supervision

车间生产效率提升方案提出、落实、监督。

12.  Continuous improvement of production KPIs with lean & 5S tools

使用5S及精益生产等工具，持续改进生产部门的各项指标。

13.  Monitor EHS, to ensure that meet the company's rules

监督车间EHS，确保满足公司规定。

14.  Workshop staff attendance management, to ensure that overtime conform to the requirements of the company

车间人员出勤管理，确保加班符合公司要求。

15.  PPE & auxiliary articles control, etc

车间PPE及生产辅助用品等管控

16.  Shift leader and operators assessment

班组长及操作人员考核

岗位要求Job requirements:

1. 全日制大专及以上学历，化工或相关专业优先。
2. 5年以上涂料厂或相关化工厂现场管理经验。
3. 具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力。
4. 熟练使用Office软件。
5. 能进行简单英文沟通。
6. 能适应翻班工作。
