这是一个做新产品开发的实验室，主要工作：有机合成实验室80%，文件调研产品设计新产品开发占20%

Responsibilities:
?     Make sure that safety requirements are followed, good safety awareness.
?     Carry out organic reactions/tests for new products development
?     Provide analytical results if needed by internal and external cooperation
?     Contribute to innovation with ideas and identify new technology fields
?     Report to your supervisor on a regular basis.
?     Customer contacts when appropriate
 
Requirements:
?     Master in organic chemistry or preparative polymer chemistry, minimum 3 years of experience in organic synthesis. PHD is preferred.
?     Independent and target oriented working style
?     Able to take initiatives
?     Good communication skills
?     Good communication skills in English/Mandarin
?     Able to work across functional and cultural boundaries
 
Work Content:
?     NC R&D Asia is supporting 2 plants and 4 business lines. The product lines consist of cosmetic solution, cleaning solution, active ingredient, base ingredient, industry additive, coating additive and pharmaceutical additive.
?     For the product development the lab engineer needs to collaborate with different functions – application technology, analysis, marketing, sales, procurement, ESH, supply chain and production to turn the lab samples into scaling up, and further into products.
?     The work content also includes science base innovation, innovation platform maintenance and IP related affairs.
