工作职责

  1，NPI新产品开发导入项目管理，如塑胶/压铸/五金等结构件产品的评估及开发导入；

 2，相关开发文件如APQP/PPAP/FAI/CPK等的制作，检查；

 3，对客户订单，采购任务等进行分析、汇总、处理；

4，管理订单执行情况，与供应商沟通，跟进交期及异常处理，满足客户需求；

5，积极与各部门沟通，及时了解需求情况，较好的控制成本，为公司创造***利润；

6，对客户品质问题进行分析及处理，和顾客就质量及相关问题进行沟通反馈；

7，与客户建立良好沟通，拜访客户，维护好客户关系；

8，不定期对供应商进行稽核检查，年度审核；

9，紧急情况需要出差驻厂供应商，处理解决问题；

10，其他临时任务处理；

岗位要求：

1， 大专或本科以上，机械类相关专业毕业；

2， 熟悉NPI新产品开发项目管理，具有服务大型跨国企业客户的经验；

3， 具备塑胶/压铸/冲压等结构件产品开发经验及一定的塑胶模具与注塑知识；

4， 具备品质管理意识，熟悉ISO9001, 熟悉注塑类制造型企业质量管理体系的运行， 有APQP/PPAP操作经验更佳；

5，熟悉供应商管理及物流知识；

6，具备良好的英语读写能力及一定的口语能力；熟练操作办公软件；

7，相应职位5年以上工作经验；

8，勤奋踏实，积极乐观，工作认真负责，注重细节。善于沟通，融入团队，team work 意识强。能够承受压力，勇于面对挑战；

With the expansion of our operations globally, IPL Plastics Group had setup Shanghai operations in 2007primarily sourcing and developing a stable and reliable supply base in die casting, plastic moulding, pressed metal, and all types of hardware. In 2009, setup a new manufacturing facility in Xinzhuang Industrial Park, focusing on injection moulding and precision tool fabrication and enclosure assembly.

To date, Protech Shanghai had grown from a precision metal stamping and enclosure setup to a Best In-Class manufacturing site of over 150 employees, providing an End-to-End solution to our customers. Protech Shanghai capabilities include Precision Tool Fabrication, Precision Plastic Moulding, Mechanical & Product Assembly, co-ordination of global resources across manufacturing sites for Precision Die Casting, Precision Stamping. China revenue $20 million in 2019.
