职位描述
1. Order-to-cash process management
· Manage strong Customer relationships and Sales engagement thru order-to-cash process.
· Order risk management include but not limited to order pending, cancellation, return, credit, loose pack.
· Cooperate closely with sales team on necessary customer visit especially for key accounts to understand and translate business requirement.
· Support CS's to provide alternative solutions to customer inquiries.
· Sales contract clauses review and suggestion.
· Support on E-ordering platform promotion, internal sales and user training.
· Lead KA’s score card and service level improvement and perform regular review with cross-functions to meet/exceed customer requirements.
· Own regular collaboration meetings with Area sales and supply chain team to improve supply chain transparency and fit-to-market supply.
2. Support end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives
· Liaise with Sales and Marketing units to monitor forecast and directly liaise with customer on stock agreements.
· Work closely with planning team to maintain proper inventory policies and conduct regular reviews of safety stock, material classification, backlog, forecast and slow/non-movers to optimal service level with minimal stock risk.
· Build up a network with global supply chain to make sure OTD for open backlog and closely monitor priorities on supply constraints.
· Support to drive innovative solutions for supply chain excellence.
3. Customer service capability and competency development
· Design customer service competency framework.
· Lead customer service assessment and development plan.
· Provide training and on-job coaching to customer service to improve job skills with ongoing awareness of new and changing requirements.
· Work with IT to drive digitalization, automation and system improvement projects.
· Build up a strong solution/data/result driven mindset within team.
· Share knowledge and continually reinforce positive internal communication with colleagues throughout the team.
· Provide consistent leadership and serve as a role model for staff through demonstrated exemplary behavior in the management of both task and people skills.
4. Team management
· Install KPI for CS dept. in accordance with management target and business needs.
· Prepare reports (KPI Staff Performance) as well as ad-hoc reports where required.
· Leverage the work allocation, level delegation with backups to ongoing bench strength development.
· Create an environment ensuring diversity.
· Attract, recruit, develop and retain talent.
Experience:
§ Minimum 10 years’ working experience and 5 years’ Leader role of Customer Service in MNC. With solid experience in serving B2B customers for Key Accounts and Dealers in a size of business at approx. 0.5~2bio RMB.
§ Familiar with SD module in SAP.
